Referral Marketing Disclosure

We Perform Our Own Work

Basement Waterproofing Troy is not a referral or lead-matching service. All basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation work is performed directly by our own crew, led by founder Brian Whitfield. We do not sell your contact information to third-party contractors, and we do not receive referral fees for connecting you with another company.

If a Referral Is Ever Necessary

In the rare case that a project falls outside our scope of work, we may recommend another local contractor. Any such recommendation is based on our own assessment of who does quality work in the area, not a paid referral arrangement, and we'll disclose that clearly if it comes up.
